ABC Stores

ABC Stores’ tagline is “The Store with Aloha,” offering local foods and beverages with a distinctly Hawaiian flavor.

The chain, operated by MNS Ltd., also has locations in Nevada, Guam and Saipan (in the Northern Mariana Islands). Originally founded to compete with hotel shops for tourists, ABC Stores have become well-known to tourists and locals alike in Hawaii and in Las Vegas. Stores stock a huge supply of single chilled beverages; snacks, including Hawaiian treats; and grocery items. The impressive foodservice program serves up fresh sushi, made-to-order sandwiches and salads, and cut fruit such as papaya, pineapple and mango. Fresh Kona coffee is available at the coffee bar.

The merchandise selection is tailored to the tourist trade, with clothing, jewelry, bath products and souvenirs updated regularly. Many shops feature an open entrance to better draw in customers. Some locations include a wine-tasting section.
