Par Mar Oil operates a chain of 87 convenience stores in Kentucky, Ohio, Pennsylvania and West Virginia. It also operates several car washes and quick-service restaurants branded A&W, Fazoli’s, Quiznos, Subway and Par Mar’s proprietary foodservice.
The company is owned by Croton Holding Co., Pittsburgh. Croton Holding’s largest asset is Superior Petroleum Co. In 2016, Croton announced it would rebrand all stores in its portfolio to the Par Mar c-store brand.
