Western Convenience Stores Inc.

Early in 2018, Pester Marketing Co. acquired Western Convenience Stores, a regional chain of c-stores located mostly in Colorado and Nebraska. (Western Convenience Stores Inc. remains on the list because the sale did not close before the Dec. 31, 2017 cutoff for the Top 202.) All Western Convenience Stores, positioned as progressive fuel-sellers and aimed at attracting younger consumers, will rebrand to Pester’s proprietary Alta Convenience Stores brand and will offer Phillips 66 gasoline products. Pester is a unit of Western Alta Holdings LP Co.
