While 35.4% of respondents said convenience drove their decision to visit a c-store chain for foodservice, just 16% said the same of their visits to leading quick-service restaurant (QSR) chains. This points to a key differentiation for c-stores in the consumer decision-making process.

Believe it or not, McDonald’s had the highest percentage of consumers who reported visiting the chain for reasons of convenience (35.9%).
