YORK, Pa. -- Shipley Energy has put two of its four Tom’s Travel Center locations in east central Pennsylvania up for sale. One of the locations is in Milroy, and the other is in Mifflintown.
The Milroy property features a 13,000-square-foot building with a convenience store and truck-oriented retail area with a trucker lounge, showers and offices. The property also has an Arby's restaurant. The total site is about 27 acres.
The Mifflintown property features a 5,700-square-foot convenience store, a 47-unit two-story Econo Lodge and a free-standing JP’s restaurant with 15 unused lodging units. The restaurant building also has a second-floor meeting room. The total site is on 9.4 acres.
The properties and are being sold with or without fuel supply on a “buy one or both” basis.
“These properties are ideal for owner-operators or distributors,” said Evan Gladstone, executive managing director of Chicago-based NRC Realty & Capital Advisors LLC, which is selling the sites. “They are highly attractive properties.”
