An Army & Air Force Exchange Service (AAFES) Exchange Express opened in Redstone Arsenal, Ala.
Alaska
Crowley Petroleum Distribution, Jacksonville, Fla., closed the c-store at Douglas Depot in Douglas, Alaska, making it an unattended fueling site.
A Chevron station in Cantwell, Alaska, that exploded in Dec. 2011, injuring five people, reopened.
California
7-Eleven Inc., Dallas, opened a new store on Santa Barbara, Calif.'s Eastside.
Cal Poly Pomona Foundation Inc. opened a Shop24 automated c-store at the University Village in Pomona, Calif.
Georgia
Westlake, Ohio-based TravelCenters of America LLC re-opened a location at I-95, Exit 29, in Brunswick, Ga., as a TA-branded full-service truckstop/travel center.
Enmark Stations Inc., Savannah, Ga., remodeled a former c-store to open the company's first location in Springfield, Ga.
Hawaii
Honolulu-based Aloha Petroleum Ltd. celebrated the grand opening of a new Aloha Island Mart located at the Shell station in Waimea and the re-opening of the Aloha Island Mart in Waianae, Hawaii.
Idaho
North Salt Lake City, Utah-based Maverik Inc. opened a store in Chubbuck, Idaho.
Illinois
Elmo Quinn, who owned Quinn's Shell in Bloomington, Ill., since the late 1970s, retired and closed the station originally opened by his father and uncle in 1941.
Iowa
Kwik Trip Inc., La Crosse, Wis., celebrated a grand opening in Maquoketa, Iowa.
A Big 10 Mart Phillips 66 station in Bettendorf, Iowa, closed in preparation for a new I-74 bridge project and street realignment.
Maryland
The Maryland House, a rest stop along I-95 near Baltimore, re-opened with a new Sunoco station after a $30 million makeover by the state and private-industry partners.
Minnesota
A new Star Mart c-store and gas station opened at the Shooting Star Casino, Hotel & Event Center in in Mahnomen, Minn., operated by the White Earth Band of Ojibwe.
SuperAmerica, based in Woodbury, Minn., opened a new location in Duluth, Minn.
Kwik Trip Inc., La Crosse, Wis., celebrated a grand opening in Oakdale, Minn.
Mississippi
CEFCO Convenience Stores re-opened a location in Greenville, Miss., the Temple, Texas-based chain's 11th next-generation prototype store
After more than 60 years of service, a Savings gas station in Tupelo, Miss., closed. Savings Oil/Dodge's Stores is based in Tupelo.
Missouri
Love's Travel Stops & Country Stores Inc., Oklahoma City, opened a new location in St. Louis.
New Jersey
Whitehouse Station, N.J.-based QuickChek Corp. opened a store in South Bound Brook, N.J.
North Carolina
Sheetz Inc. opened new locations in Elkin and Goldsboro N.C., bringing the total number of the Altoona, Pa.-based chain's stores in the state to 60,
Handy Mart held a grand opening for its newest c-store and gas station in Jacksonville, N.C.
Oregon
Pilot Flying J, Knoxville, Tenn., opened a Flying J Travel Plaza in Aurora, Ore., off I-5 at Exit 278, its 10th in in the state.
South Carolina
In North Charleston, S.C., Philadelphia-based Sunoco Inc. celebrated the opening of a new APlus location.
South Dakota
Big Cup Inc. opened a Friendly's c-store and casino at the Baltic exit on I-29 in South Dakota.
Texas
Susser Holdings Corp., Corpus Christi, Texas, held grand openings for Stripes c-stores in Tomball (also click here), Lampasas, Hewitt (also click here) and Waco, Texas.
Tulsa, Okla.-based QuikTrip Inc. opened a new store in Irving, Texas.
United Supermarkets LLC, Lubbock, Texas, opened its newest freestanding United Express c-store near the site of its next United Supermarkets location in Amarillo, Texas, which is slated to open in March.
Utah
Love's Travel Stops & Country Stores Inc., Oklahoma City, opened a new travel stop in Springville, Utah, on I-15, at Exit 260.
Virginia
A BP gas station in Dumfries, Va., closed for several weeks late last year, reopened under new ownership.
Wawa Inc. opened a store in Fredericksburg, Va., the Wawa, Pa.-based chain's first in 2014.
Wisconsin
After being closed for six months of reconstruction, a Clark station in Beloit, Wis., re-opened for business.
