SPANISH FORK, Utah — Convenience-store retailer Yousuf and Yousuf LLC has acquired a Chevron gas station and convenience store in Spanish Fork, Utah, for $1.3 million from an undisclosed seller.

The 2,296-square-foot convenience-store site also features eight fuel stations.

Salt Lake City, Utah-based Mountain West Commercial Real Estate (MWCRE) helped facilitate the transaction.

“I am confident that Yousuf will be a great local operator in the market to meet the community’s needs,” MWCRE Agent Matthew Porter said.

“The seller is confidential, but this is the buyer’s second location,” a MWCRE spokesperson told CSP Daily News. The other store is in Springville, Utah, he said.

A group of regional brokers founded MWCRE in 2009 to operate a commercial real estate brokerage. In October 2022, MWCRE facilitated the acquisition by Fast Stop Travel Centers of nine c-stores from Rapid City, S.D.-based Common Cents Stores in southeastern Idaho.
