
Jacksons Food Stores Inc. has acquired the retail, wholesale and transportation assets of Hi-Noon Petroleum Inc., Missoula, Montana, including Noon’s three convenience stores, 46 dealer accounts and its entire transportation fleet.
Dirk Cooper, who joined the company as CFO in 2003 to assist in its restructuring, acquired ownership from its founder, William J. Nooney in 2015. Cooper represented and advocated for the industry in roles both statewide and nationally with the Montana Petroleum Marketers & Convenience Store Association (MPMA), Western Petroleum Marketers Association (WPMA) and the Society of Gasoline Marketers of America (SIGMA).

Meridian, Idaho-based Jackson Energy and Jacksons Food Stores own, operate and supply more than 300 convenience stores in Idaho, Nevada, Oregon, Washington, Arizona, California, and Utah under the Jacksons Food Stores and ExtraMile by Jacksons Convenience Store brands.
