ENID, Okla. — Jiffy Trip has put three convenience stores with gas in northwestern Oklahoma up for sale.

Jiffy Trip, based in Enid, Okla., is a 45-year-old family-owned c-store chain with 28 company-operated locations, all in the Sooner State.

The company is selling the stores, in Blackwell, Helena and Longdale, Okla., as a package with or without supply. They range in size from 1,800 to 4,900 square feet, and they are available for immediate purchase.

“These stores have good gas and inside sales,” said Evan Gladstone, executive managing director of NRC Realty & Capital Advisors LLC. “We expect interest from both individual operators as well as distributors.” Jiffy Trip retained Chicago-based NRC to handle the sale. Information can be obtained from NRC at nrc.com/singlesites.

Jiffy Trip recently opened a new, 8,000-square-foot store that includes a beer cave and an “H20 cave,” seating, self-checkout, a large dispensed beverage selection, an expanded foodservice offer, drive-thru and a financial center. Click here for a CSP Grand Opening look at the new store.
