Mirabito convenience stores has purchased nine convenience stores from the Avon, New York-based Quicklee’s chain.

This transaction expands Mirabito’s footprint in western New York, the Binghamton, New York-based company said on May 21.

The newly acquired stores will transition to the Mirabito brand this spring, said Mirabito, which owns and operates 108 c-stores across New York, Pennsylvania and Vermont, according to CSP’s Top 202 ranking.

  • Mirabito Holdings Inc. is No. 65 on CSP’s 2025 Top 202 ranking of U.S. c-store chains by store count.

“Expanding into western New York represents an exciting opportunity for Mirabito,” said Marissa Sweeney, senior marketing director for Mirabito Holdings Inc. “Our goal has always been to provide communities with reliable fuel, quality food offerings and convenient shopping in stores that are welcoming and well-maintained. We look forward to bringing the Mirabito experience to these communities.”

The newly acquired locations sell fuel and a wide assortment of snacks, drinks and grocery items, with select locations offering fresh food and beverages, Mirabito said. There are car washes at four of the locations previously owned by Quicklee’s that now are owned and operated by Mirabito.

Mirabito’s Mirabito Cares program supports hundreds of nonprofit organizations that provide resources and funding for youth and family assistance, veteran support, medical research and environmental initiatives.

Quicklee’s lists 21 locations on its website.
