Nouria Acquires 5 New England Farms C-Stores

WORCESTER, Mass. — Nouria Energy Corp. has completed the acquisition of five New England Farms convenience stores and one car wash. This acquisition adds further scale to Nouria’s network and expands its geographic footprint into the southeastern Massachusetts market.

The transaction brings the number of Nouria Energy locations that it operates and supplies in Massachusetts to 109.

  • Nouria Energy is No. 58 in CSP’s2019 Top 202 ranking of c-store chains by number of company-owned retail outlets.

This acquisition also expands Nouria Energy’s footprint as a car-wash operator to 52 locations.

Founded in 1989 by Tony El-Nemr, Nouria Energy owns 143 convenience stores, 52 Golden Nozzle car washes, two lube centers, the Whately Diner and a wholesale and logistics business that supplies fuel to a network of approximately 150 dealers.
