RAWLINS, Wyo. — Perkins Oil Co., which operates three company-owned convenience stores in Rawlins, Wyo., as well as three cardlock locations in Saratoga, Hanna and Bairoil, Wyo., is up for sale.

The sale also includes several wholesale dealer accounts, a closed site in Rawlins, a Rawlins bulk plant and office and rolling stock with 22 vehicles. Additional services are short and long-term tank rentals, diesel delivery, gasoline delivery, lubricants and industrial, commercial and agricultural fuel delivery.

Rawlins is the county seat of Carbon County in Wyoming, located in the southcentral part of the state along Interstate 80 on the Red Desert Plateau, bordered to the south by the Sierra Madre Mountains and the Medicine Bow Mountains.

Based in Rawlins, Perkins Oil was founded in 1976. Two of the c-stores offer Conoco-branded fuel and one offers Sinclair-branded fuel.

“This is an excellent opportunity to purchase a well-established business with both retail and wholesale components,” said Jeff Kramer, managing director at NRC Realty & Capital Advisors LLC, which Perkins Oil has retained to conduct the sale.

Chicago-based NRC provides real estate and financial advisory services to the convenience-store and petroleum industries and specializes in the accelerated sale of commercial real estate nationwide. The sale is being conducted in conjunction with licensed Wyoming broker Hospitality & Commercial Brokers, Gillette, Wyo.
