The fully cooked white fish products feature four easy-to-prepare items that save time and labor—all designed to provide an effortless back-of-house experience, the supplier says. The rollout includes Panko Breaded Pollock Squares and Panko Breaded Sandwich Portions; and Panko Breaded Pollock Strips and Garlic and Herb Lightly Coated Pollock Strips. All products are MSC certified, wild-caught and high in protein.
