Nearly one-fifth of retailers told CSP they believe business conditions are "excellent"; 63% said "good," 17% "flat" and 1% "poor."

Methodology

CSP’s Outlook Survey of retailers consists of 116 operator respondents in a survey conducted in August and September of 2018. The supplier Outlook Survey included 31 respondents.


The GasBuddy/CSP consumer Outlook Survey was conducted Sept. 20-22 with more than 8,300 users of GasBuddy’s fuel price and c-store information app via an in-app challenge.
