WESTLAKE, Ohio — TravelCenters of America LLC is hosting its first national hiring day April 24, focused on its quick-service restaurants within the TA, Petro and TA Express locations. The company is holding the hiring events at various TravelCenters of America sites around the country.

Available jobs include entry-level and managerial positions. The QSRs are seeking to fill roles before the summer travel season begins.

“Summer is our busiest season for our quick-service restaurants,” said Claudia Ratica, director of recruitment for TA. “Our local sites will be accepting applications, conducting interviews and even making offers on the spot during the events. TA offers flexible schedules, benefits and opportunities for growth for all of our employees. It is a great place to work, even for part-time employees who are eligible for our benefits package.”

The hiring day is for QSRs, but if someone with a c-store or full-service restaurant background applied, the store would refer the person to the other departments if a need exists, a company spokesperson told CSP Daily News.

TA Restaurant Group includes nearly 650 quick-service and full-service restaurants, with 10 proprietary restaurant brands. The company owns 43 Quaker Steak & Lube full-service restaurants in 12 states. Third-party QSR brands include Popeye's, Subway, Taco Bell, Burger King, Pizza Hut, Dunkin', Starbucks. Arby's, Wendy's, Dairy Queen and more.

TravelCenters of America, with headquarters in Westlake, Ohio, has more than 260 locations in 43 states and Canada, principally under the TA, Petro Stopping Centers and TA Express travel-center brands.
