10 new products seen at Core-Mark Midwest Expo

The company featured a variety of new items on the show floor for convenience retailers to sample and survey.
Core-Mark, Westlake, Texas, offers a full range of products, marketing programs and technology solutions to customers in the United States and Canada. It is part of Performance Food Group.

Corn Nuts
Corn Nuts has added a Kickin’ Dill Pickle to its lineup of crunchy corn kernels. The corn kernels include a bold flavor of dill that has been in vogue when it comes to unexpected flavors in the snack aisle for retailers.
The Corn Nuts brand started in 1939 has been owned by Hormel Foods Corp., Austin, Minnesota, since 2021.
AriZona Beverages
AriZona Beverages has introduced its new m'MAZing Nacho 'n' Cheese Dip and Salsa 'n' Chips trays. The trays are 4.75 ounces.
AriZona Beverages, founded in Brooklyn, New York, in 1992, is a family-owned and -operated American company.
Al Capone
The Al Capone brand has launched two-pack premium cigarillos. Al Capone Blue are natural, aromatic cigarillos that feature natural silky leaf wrappers, the company said.
The Miramar, Florida-based brand is part of the Intercontinental Cigar Corp.
PhoLicious
Core-Mark Curated 2025 winner PhoLicious was on display at the expo. Core-Mark Curated is a biennial program designed to identify emerging brands with growth potential in the convenience channel.
The Houston-based startup makes Vietnamese pho and was founded in May 2021 by husband-and-wife team Anh and Joseph Trousdale. The instant noodle bowls include real beef tallow or chicken fat as well as spices, hoisin, sriracha and dried onions.
Simply Protein
Simply Protein, another Core-Mark Curated 2025 winner, featured its Dark Chocolate Almond and Peanut Butter Chocolate snack bars at the expo. The snack bars include 13 grams of protein.
The plant-based protein snack is gluten free and Kosher certified. Simply Protein is headquartered in Toronto.
Frazil
Slush brand Frazil featured the return of its Rock 'N' Roll flavor at the expo. Made with real sugar and no high-fructose corn syrup, the return of the company's frozen drink Rock 'N' Roll includes a blend of grape, blueberry and blue raspberry. Other flavors in the Frazil lineup include Cherry Limeade, Simply Mango and Georgia Peach.
The Salt Lake City-based company, known for its flavor lineup and unique texture, started as a side project to a snow cone stand more than 20 years ago, the company said.
Snak Club
Snak Club featured its latest flavor mashup Snak Club Mike’s Hot Honey Bombs at the expo. The Commerce, California-based company said the new product starts with smooth honey and juicy cherry, then finishes with a warm heat.
For Mike’s Hot Honey, Brooklyn, New York, the collaboration marks its debut in the candy category.
“When I first started Mike’s Hot Honey, it was all about finding that perfect balance between sweetness and heat,” said Mike Kurtz, founder of Mike’s Hot Honey. “To see that same flavor pop in a chewy cherry candy is wild."
Hidden Valley
Hidden Valley Ranch, the brand known for condiments and seasonings, showcased its latest offerings: Original Ranch Seasoned Chicken Dippers and Buffalo-Style Ranch Seasoned Chicken Dippers.
The snacks from the Oakland, California-based company include 15 grams of protein and come in a 3.25 ounce package.
Treat Planet
Treat Planet, Earth City, Missouri, debuted its latest Cosmo’s Snack Shack lineup at the expo. The Beef and Bone Broth Extra Hard Chew is made in the United States.
Cosmo’s Snack Shack features on-the-go meat treats, chews and smoked bone treats for pets.
Incredibles
Incredibles, a cannabis edibles brand from Chicago-based Green Thumb Industries Inc., featured its new products at this year's expo. The Cannabis-infused chocolate treats, made in partnership with New York-based Magnolia Bakery, included Red Velvet Piece Ahhh Cake. The product includes 100 milligrams of delta 9 THC per package and 100 milligrams of CBD per package.
The products are Farm Bill compliant, manufactured in certified Current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) facilities and have transparent labeling, including ingredients, potency and a QR code linking to certificates of analysis from independent testing labs, according to the company.
