HERSHEY, Pa. -- The Hershey Co. has announced the opening of its new Global Customer Innovation Center, designed as a destination for strategic customer planning sessions. The center enables the company to build its brands with its retail partners.

The Global Customer Innovation Center will play a central role as Hershey continues to serve its global consumers across a variety of strategic platforms, including confectionery, refreshment, snacks and health and well-being. The center is located on Hershey's headquarters campus in Hershey, Pa.Hershey is a leading snack food company and a major North American manufacturer of chocolate and non-chocolate confectionery products. It markets such brands as Hershey's, Reese's, Hershey's Kisses, Kit Kat, Almond Joy, Mounds, Jolly Rancher, Twizzlers, Ice Breakers and Mauna Loa, as well as new products such as Take 5 and Hershey's Cookies. In addition to its traditional confectionery products, Hershey offers a range of products specifically developed to address the nutritional interests of today's health-conscious consumer.
