Convenience retailers, suppliers and other experts will be in attendance at the annual CSP Center Store Forum, taking place June 22 to 24 at the Westin in Lombard, Illinois.

The annual forum, powered by Informa, focuses on strategies for center store revenue potential in snacks, candy and packaged goods. This event brings together industry experts to share insights on center store optimization, including product assortment that aligns with consumer trends.

Event speakers include:

  • Arjun Chakravarti, managing partner at Cogknition Analytics, Chicago, who will help localize how broader national and global factors may impact a c-store operation through the rest of the year.
  • Chris Costagli, vice president of thought leadership and food and non-alcoholic beverage insights lead at NIQ, will unpack how the rise of healthy-targeted apps are motivating convenience consumers to not only look for, but to demand, healthier and cleaner products.
  • Tony Miller, partner at Chicago-based W.Capra, in a fireside chat will discuss his experience in the executive and mergers and acquisition arenas.
  • Richard Poye, founder of Nashville-based Food Trends Think Tank, will explore planogramming, inventory, product selection, merchandising and both the opportunities that abound and the common errors that continue to afflict convenience stores.
  • Matt Van Gilder, vice president of omnichannel at NexChapter, Des Moines, Iowa, will share how to leverage artificial intelligence (AI), retail media networks and other transformative solutions to reshape and recharge an operator’s center store from a market basket add-on to a traffic driver.
