
It’s never too early for convenience stores to prepare for Halloween.
The Hershey Co. on Tuesday released its lineup for the Oct. 31 holiday. It features collaborations with brands like Peanuts and Harry Potter, and classic candies in new shapes, like Reese’s Mini Pumpkins Unwrapped and Kit Kat Counts.
Hershey’s will also introduce its first fall harvest flavor in six years—Hershey’s Nuggets Pumpkin Spice Latte. The milk chocolate candy has pumpkin spice latte flavored crème.
New Halloween offerings include:
- “It’s the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown,” Reese’s Pumpkins and Reese’s Miniatures. The packaging features the beloved Peanuts gang, The Hershey Co. said.
- Kit Kat Counts are a new “spooky shape,” and come in snack and jump size assortment bags.
- Hershey’s Cookies ‘n’ Crème Harry Potter Magical Friends Collection features wizarding world characters like Hedwig, Dobby, Buckbeak and Fawkes.
- Shaq-A-Licious XL Gummies will come in new individual wrappers.
“Hershey continues to be at the forefront of Halloween festivities, with iconic brands that have become seasonal staples for our consumers to look forward to year after year,” said Katie DeCapria, senior manager Halloween at The Hershey Co. “This season, we elevated those signature brands and created treats like Reese’s Mini Pumpkins and Kit Kat Counts in convenient, shareable packaging making it easier for everyone to enjoy and celebrate together.”
The Hershey Co. is also offering 30- to 60-count assortment bags. These include mixes like Twizzler Lovers—a mix of snack size Cherry Pull ‘n’ Peel, Strawberry Twists and Rainbow Twists—and Halloween Lovers, which includes snack size Kit Kat Witch’s Brew, Counts, Ghost Toast and Milk Chocolate Assortment.
