Hershey Names New Presidents of Confection and Salty Divisions

Changes come just days after chocolate maker said CEO Michele Buck will be retiring

The Hershey Co. has appointed two new executive leaders, effective Feb. 3, Andrew Archambault and Veronica Villasenor.

Archambault, who joins the chocolate maker from Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP), has been named president of U.S. confection. Archambault will oversee a portfolio of brands, including Hershey's, Reese's and Jolly Rancher. Prior to this role, Archambault was president of U.S. refreshment beverages for KDP. He also served as chief customer officer at KDP and held leadership roles across corporate, customer and sales teams at The Nature's Bounty Co., Bacardi USA and The Coca-Cola Co.

"Andrew is a proven executive who has transformed complex consumer brand portfolios through his deep commercial expertise and customer-centric approach," said President and CEO Michele Buck.

Villasenor, who is a Hershey veteran of 22 years and previously served as vice president of salty snacks, has been named president of salty snacks. She succeeds Kristen Riggs, who is leaving Hershey after 20 years to pursue other opportunities, the company said.

"I am very excited to pair this announcement with an internal promotion, welcoming Vero [Villasenor] as our new president of salty snacks,” Buck said. “I am confident that Andrew and Vero are the right leaders to advance our leading snacking powerhouse vision and deliver on our next phase of growth.”

The two new appointments come just days after Hershey announced that Buck will be retiring from her positions as president and CEO effective June 30, 2026.

The Hershey Co., which has more than 90 brands in approximately 80 countries, is based in Hershey, Pennsylvania.
