J&J Golden With Golbon

Honored with 2005 Partners in Excellence Award

PENNSAUKEN, N.J. -- Foodservice marketing company Golbon recently honored J&J Snack Foods Corp. with its Partners in Excellence Award, given to those suppliers that are servicing 75 or more Golbon members.

Golbon, a full-service, broadline purchasing and marketing group for independent foodservice distributors, said it believes this shows a dedication to support Golbon and its members with a quality product and excellent customer service.

This award is given out to suppliers based on membership feedback to Golbon corporate.[image-nocss]

It is very gratifying to reach 75 Golbon distributors purchasing our products in only two years. The Golbon members have been very supportive of our program, said Best.

J&J Snack Foods, Pennsauken, N.J., manufactures a variety of snack foods for the foodservice and retail supermarket and convenience store industries. Its principal products include frozen soft pretzels under Superpretzel, Pretzel Fillers and other brand names; ICEE frozen beverages; Luigi's Real Italian Ice and Mama Tish's Premium Italian Ices; frozen juice bars under the Minute Maid, Chill, Barq's, and Shape Ups brand names; Tio Pepe's churros; The Funnel Cake Factory funnel cakes; and cookies under the Readi-Bake, Mrs. GoodCookie and Camden Creek brands.
