OCEANSIDE, Calif. — Olli Salumeria, an Italian-style meat brand, is expanding with its new snack pack that combines pepperoni and mozzarella.
“As part of our ongoing mission to bring the distinctive flavors of our slow-cured salami to consumers in the United States, we're always looking for new pairings and other ways to reach foodies, busy families and those looking for an authentic Italian experience,” said Oliviero Colmignoli, president of Olli Salumeria.
The Oceanside, Calif.-based company’s new single-serve, 2-ounce snack pack features sliced, slow-cured Olli pepperoni and mozzarella cheese with la panzanella crackers. It joins the line of four salami and cheese pairings including genoa and fontina; sopressata and cheddar; calabrese and asiago and prosciutto and mozzarella—all of which have 13 grams of protein.
“Olli Snack Packs combine our famous salami with high-quality pairings to create an easy, flavorful and satiating mini meal for anyone on the go,” said Colmignoli. “The only thing missing is the charcuterie board.”

Olli Salumeria, based in Oceanside, Calif., is named after Oliviero Colmignoli, the grandson of cured-meat legend Ferruccio Fiorucci, who produced his first salami in 1850. The company offers a growing line of snack packs, antipasto, pre-sliced trays, individual sticks and bulk salami chubs.
