HANOVER, Pa. — Boulder Canyon, an Utz brand, is partnering with Yellowbird Foods, a spicy condiments brand, to release Boulder Canyon Boulder Batch Yellowbird Habanero kettle-style potato chips.

The kettle chips combine Boulder Canyon's flagship kettle chips made with avocado oil with Yellowbird's best-selling Habanero condiment.

“Boulder Canyon fans enjoy spicing up their snacking occasions with new and unique flavors,” said Stacey Schultz, senior vice president of marketing for Utz Brands. “We are thrilled to collaborate with Yellowbird and bring the uniquely crafted Yellowbird Habanero Hot Sauce to life in a Boulder Batch limited-edition kettle chip.”

Boulder Canyon’s better-for-you snacks portfolio aligns with Yellowbird's standard of creating sauces that are crafted flavor first and heat second, according to the companies. All are non-GMO, vegan, gluten-free and contain real fruits and vegetables.

Boulder Batch Yellowbird Habanero chips will be available in 5.25-ounce packages for on-the-go or take-home snacking.

Hanover, Pa.-based Utz Brands Inc. manufactures savory snacks through popular brands, including Utz, On the Border, Golden Flake, Zapp’s, Good Health, Boulder Canyon and more.

Yellowbird Foods, based in Austin, Texas, is a line of spicy condiments. The company was founded in 2012 by George Milton and Erin Link and named after the only creature to have natural immunity to spicy peppers.
