A Peek at Hershey's Halloween Line Extensions

HERSHEY, Pa. — As summer nears an end, The Hershey Co. is turning its attention to fall with the unveiling of four seasonal line extensions for Halloween.

“Halloween isn’t complete without a Reese’s, Kit Kat or Hershey’s candy bar, but this year we have something brewing that will take the season to the next level,” said Eric Bowers, senior manager for the Halloween season for the Hershey, Pa.-based company. “We have four new treats that put a spooky spin on our classics.”

Here’s a look at the four seasonal candy varieties on their way to store shelves.

The iconic Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup brand has been transformed into a spooky green sensation for Halloween 2020. The new Reese’s Franken-Cups feature the iconic milk chocolate and peanut butter center paired with a “franken-green” cream. They are available in snack, standard and king-size bars.

New Vampire Hershey’s Kisses combine Hershey’s milk chocolate with bright red, strawberry-flavored cream.

Hershey’s Cookies ‘N’ Creme Fangs come with a vampire-like countenance for Halloween-season flair.

The latest Kit Kat wafer innovation, Witch’s Brew, is loaded with marshmallow flavor and now Halloween-nuanced featuring a green cream “for an eerily fantastic flavor experience,” the supplier says.

Hershey is also bringing back many fan favorites for the Halloween season 2020, including Reese’s Peanut Butter Pumpkins, Kit Kat Pumpkin Pie Miniatures, Glow-In-The-Dark Assortment, Hershey’s Kisses Monster milk chocolates and more.
