MARSHFIELD, Wis. — Wenzel’s Farm has introduced a Dill Pickle flavor to its line of meat snacks.

The Marshfield, Wis.-based brand’s Dill Pickle meat snack has no MSG, no artificial colors and is gluten free.

The new on-the-go sticks are available in 8-ounce packages, and a 2-ounce option is coming later this year.

With increased demand for its meat snacks, Wenzel’s Farm completed a new addition to its facility, located in the original farmstead in Marshfield, Wis. The addition will create 40% more space for production and warehousing, according to the company.

“We had utilized virtually every square inch of our existing space,” said Mark Vieth, president of Wenzel’s. “This added space will allow us to continue to provide superior service and quality meat snacks for our customers, while still maintaining our roots here in the heart of Wisconsin.”

Wenzel’s Farm has been producing meat products in Wisconsin since 1949 using family recipes that have been handed down for generations, according to the company. Wenzel’s Farm sells a variety of meat sticks, including beef, honey ham, teriyaki, spicy, pepperoni, taco and beef with cheddar.
