Equipment compatibility and other E15 myths being busted by leading retail chains

Tune in on Thursday, June 11, for a free webinar, sponsored by CSP and Growth Energy, to find out more about the exciting opportunities in the E15 marketplace.

As E15 becomes more available to the growing number of consumers demanding it, any misconceptions about the fuel are quickly being put to rest.

According to Growth Energy, there are more than 2,100 sites selling E15 now, compared to barely 100 sites in 2015—and the numbers continue to grow.

When it comes to E15 fuel, educating consumers is important in order to relay the correct information about this fuel.

In 2015, the chain started offering E15 gasoline, a higher efficiency fuel, in its North Carolina locations. Now, more than 265 Sheetz locations offer the fuel.

E15 has earned its place in the spotlight. Ethanol is a cleaner burning fuel that’s better for the environment than gasoline, and as a higher-octane fuel, it enhances engine performance.

As the availability of E15 continues to grow, retailers will have more opportunities to expand their business at the pump with the fuel.

E15 fuel’s rapid growth is undeniable and will only continue to expand its reach.
