BP-Owned ampm Renews Core-Mark Contract

LA PALMA, Calif. — BP North America’s ampm chain of convenience stores has renewed its five-year service agreement with Core-Mark Holding Co. Inc. The agreement provides ampm with all of its proprietary products and many nonproprietary products.

BP has more than 1,000 franchised ampm locations in Arizona, California, Nevada, Oregon and Washington. La Palma, Calif.-based BP America and ampm are No. 8 on CSP'sTop 40 update to its 2019 Top 202 list of c-stores by store count.

Westlake, Texas-based Core-Mark is a marketer of food and broad-line supply products to the convenience-retail industry in North America. Founded in 1888, Core-Mark offers a range of products, marketing programs and technology programs. Core-Mark services traditional convenience retailers, grocers and big-box, supercenter, drug, liquor and specialty stores and other stores that carry convenience products.
