CSP has released the full agenda for C-StoreTEC 2025, the premier technology event for the convenience retail industry. Taking place Oct. 27–29 in Plano, Texas, the conference will bring together top operators, IT leaders, marketers and innovators to explore how technology is reshaping every facet of the convenience-store experience.

The three-day program blends strategic vision with practical execution, featuring real-world case studies, cross-functional collaboration and hands-on insights across key innovation areas including artificial intelligence (AI), retail media, loyalty, e-commerce and store digitization.

Two of this year’s featured sessions include:

  • Modernizing the Backbone: How Circle K is Powering the Future of Convenience Through Technology. Janeth Falcon, vice president of North America Technology at Circle K, will share how one of the world’s largest convenience retailers is modernizing its tech stack, digitizing stores at scale and building a culture where technology is core to the business.
  • When Marketing Meets IT: How RaceTrac Bridges the Gap to Drive Impact. Jamie Miller and Tyler Grubbs of RaceTrac will reveal how their marketing and technology teams collaborate to create seamless customer experiences, modernize loyalty and make data-driven decisions that drive growth.

“C-StoreTEC is about real conversations with the people doing the work,” said Jeanie Hornung, vice president of technology partnerships at CSP. “This agenda reflects the most pressing challenges and biggest opportunities facing our industry, with sessions built by retailers for retailers.”

  • Circle K owner Alimentation Couche-Tard, Laval, Quebec, is No. 2 on CSP’s 2025 Top 202 ranking of c-store chains by U.S. store count. RaceTrac, Atlanta, is No. 17.
