Under the terms of the acquisition agreement, Excentus and Metrosplash contributed certain assets and operations of their businesses to become partners in Centego, which will be managed [image-nocss] by Excentus.

Highland Village, Texas-based MetroSplash Systems Group provides a technology platform that enables businesses of all types to implement a supplier-integrated fuel-based consumer reward program (FuelLinks) or to monetize an existing affinity program toward the purchase of fuel. The company offers the financial settlement and Loyalty as a Service (LaaS) infrastructure to bridge between merchants (reward issuance) and fuel retailers (redemption).
Dallas-based Excentus is the provider of the patent-protected fuelperks! Rewards Program, a retail marketing coalition in the United States using fuel as the consumer reward.
Centego, also based in Dallas, is a subsidiary of Excentus providing technology and services for the creation and management of reward programs. It also provides a fuel control solution for the automation of both retail and commercial fuel locations.
