Conexxus Conference Goes Virtual

Event open to both members and non-members

ALEXANDRIA, Va. For the first time, the Conexxus Annual Education and Strategy Conference is open to both Conexxus members and non-members; and this year it will be an interactive virtual event. 

Now in its 16th year, the conference was created for those in the convenience and fuel retail industry who are responsible for IT, marketing, customer experiences, security and technical programming. Conexxus has gathered industry experts to bring attendees three days of technology presentations, interactive discussions and networking events and activities.

Speakers from IBM, Intel, Sheetz, NACS and tech business owners will speak to technology strategies and where businesses should go from here. They will discuss how application programming interface (API), internet of things (IoT) and age verification projects have affected their business processes and customer experiences. Retailers will discuss what’s top of mind when it come to new initiatives such as operational execution for integration of foodservice and packaged goods and how to evaluate self-checkout, delivery and curbside pickup options.

The keynote session, by business strategist Gene Marks, will kick off the conference by exploring what happens after the pandemic and the November election.
