FCTI Inc., one of the largest ATM owner-operators in the United States and a subsidiary of Seven Bank Ltd., has forged a deeper relationship with NCR Atleos, a provider of expanded self-service financial access for financial institutions, retailers and consumers. FCTI is the sole ATM operator and technology solutions provider of self-service financial solutions at 7-Eleven and Speedway convenience stores in the United States.
Atleos will provide thousands of new ATMs and support FCTI with terminal driving services within FCTI’s U.S. footprint. The scale of the new ATM deployment makes FCTI among the largest single service endpoints managed in the U.S. market, according to Atleos.
The company previously announced an agreement with FCTI to expand access by enabling FCTI as an ATM acquirer for Allpoint, bringing Atleos’ Allpoint Network cardholders and engagement to FCTI’s retail partner locations.

Atlanta-based Atleos is a provider of self-service financial access with operational scale including a large independently owned ATM network offering “always-on” services. Atleos improves operational efficiency for financial institutions, drives footfall for retailers and enables digital-first financial self-service experiences for consumers, it said.

Tokyo-based Seven Bank is a subsidiary of global convenience-store retailer and 7-Eleven parent Seven & i, also based in Tokyo.
Based in Irving, Texas, 7-Eleven operates, franchises or licenses more than 13,000 convenience stores in the United States and Canada. In addition to 7-Eleven c-stores, 7-Eleven Inc. operates and franchises Speedway and Stripes c-stores and the Laredo Taco Company and Raise the Roost Chicken and Biscuits restaurant brands.
