Delta Sonic Deploys Fuel Management System

Car wash convenience chain implements Warren Rogers Associates technology

BUFFALO, N.Y. -- Delta Sonic, a major U.S. car wash chain, has deployed Warren Rogers Associates' (WRA's) Fuel Management system across all of its sites in New York, Illinois and Pennsylvania.

In order to optimize their wet stock management procedures and to provide monthly monitoring of tanks and associated lines, Delta Sonic has implemented WRA's program system-wide. In addition to providing compliance monitoring, WRA's system provides precision fuel management and Continual Reconciliation, meter drift analysis, dispenser flow rate monitoring and delivery audits.

WRA provides the most cutting-edge fuel management application available to retail petroleum marketers. WRA's clients include travel center operators, convenience stores, trucking companies, and public agencies.

Founded in 1979, Warren Rogers Associates (WRA) specializes in statistical analyses and advanced fuel system diagnostics for the retail petroleum industry. WRA has developed systems for optimizing wet-stock management practices and holds numerous U.S., Canadian and other patents for these applications. WRA's Continual Reconciliation system has been certified to provide leak detection monitoring of tank systems up to 100,000 gallons in capacity and more than 2.7 million gallons in monthly throughput.

Delta Sonic operates 28 car wash and convenience store facilities. Since opening its first car wash in Niagara Falls, N.Y., Delta Sonic has grown to encompass 17 sites in New York, one site in Pennsylvania and 9 facilities in the Chicago area.

The company has developed an custom car wash system that provides a unique customer experience, the company said.
