FARGO, N.D. -- Red River Software, an operations and accounting software developer, announced Wednesday its merger with Greeley, Colo.-based Aztech Software.

Parent company Cultura Technologies LLC, which has offices in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and Germany, acquired Red River Software in 2015 and Aztech Software in 2016. The company’s products are designed to automate and streamline a variety of tasks across the industry, including back-office financial functions and customer-facing solutions such as retail price uploading, product management, in-truck GPS and ticket handling, meter interfacing, fuel tank monitoring, keep fill operation and fuel tracking.
