Customers who enroll in the F.E. Perks program will receive a Family Express member card. With the card, they can save cents per gallon for every qualified item they purchase in the stores. The customer chooses the time of redemption and by swiping the F.E. [image-nocss] Perks member card and the price per gallon on the pump rolls back by the amount of the customer's accumulated rewards. Signing up for the program is free.

The F.E. Perks discounts are valid for one use, up to a predetermined amount of gallons. After customers redeem their rewards, they start earning a new discount based on their qualifying in-store purchases. Customers may check their receipt for their F.E. Perks rewards balance by visitingwww.feperks.com or by calling a toll-free number.
Family Express is collaborating with MetroSplash Systems Group Inc. to create and manage the F.E. Perks program. Excentus Corp., a leader in loyalty marketing using fuel rewards, is providing certain rights to its price-per-unit discount intellectual property as it relates to the F.E. Perks program through a licensing agreement.
MetroSplash, Highland Village, Texas, provides a technology platform that enables businesses of all types to implement a supplier-integrated fuel-based consumer reward program or to monetize an existing affinity program toward the purchase of fuel. The company offers the financial settlement and Loyalty as a Service (LaaS) infrastructure to bridge between merchants (reward issuance) and fuel retailers (redemption).
Irving, Texas-based Excentus is the provider of the fuelperks! rewards program, a retail marketing coalition that provides the opportunity for grocers and a other retailers to usze fuel discounts as the common reward currency for their customers. Additionally, Excentus licenses its patents and technology to its customers for the operation of their own fuel rewards program and provides related support and marketing services.
Valparaiso, Ind.-based Family Express operates 52 convenience stores throughout northwest and north central Indiana.
