Pinnacle program rollout to 180 c-stores completed

WAYCROSS, Ga. -- Flash Foods has completed the beta period and the rollout of The Pinnacle Corp.'s web-based loyalty program, Loyalink, to 180 of its convenience stores. The retailer introduced customers to the "Rewards In A Flash" loyalty program on April 18, 2005.

"We are eager to offer our customers a Rewarding Experience' each time they shop at Flash Foods," said Jeannie Amerson, advertising and loyalty manager for Waycross, Ga.-based Flash Foods. "Our main goals focus on retaining members as customers, while increasing their purchases. With the [image-nocss] customer information that is being captured and the reporting features of Loyalink, we are on the road to reaching that goal.

With broadband communications, Loyalink manages the real-time collection of transaction data from Pinnacle's POS to deliver loyalty rewards at the checkout. The centralized promotion management and compiled transaction data provides retailers with the business analytics required to measure promotion, store and customer performance.

Arlington, Texas-based Pinnacle supplies automation technology to the c-store and petroleum industries, offering products that automate the tasks of c-store operations and supply chain management of fuel operations.

Flash Foods has more than 180 c-stores located throughout Georgia and North Florida.
