FleetCor Corrals BP Fleet Card Processing Portfolio

BP Business, BP Business Plus and ARCO GasPro Plus cards to be converted

-- FleetCor, a provider of commercial fleet card issuing and processing services, has been awarded the BP fleet card processing portfolio within the United States, the company said.

Through an agreement with Comdata Corp., a provider of electronic payment services for the transportation and retail industries, FleetCor will provide BP with a custom-integrated fleet card processing solution. The program will be tailored to meet BP's range of fleet card products and services. The existing BP Business, BP Business Plus and ARCO GasPro Plus cards will be converted to three [image-nocss] new enhanced product lines.

BP markets fuels in the United States under the BP, Amoco and ARCO trademarks.


Comdata, Brentwood, Tenn., is a wholly owned subsidiary of Minneapolis-based Ceridian Corp.

Atlanta-based FleetCor's card programs are marketed throughout the United States and Canada under a variety of private-label and proprietary brand names, including Fuelman, FleetNet, CFN, Mannatec and m-Tran. FleetCor serves more than 350,000 fleets and more than 2.4 million cardholders.
