Foxtrot Café & Market is launching a rewards program on June 25.

For every dollar spent, customers receive one point, and the urban convenience-store chain will offer a free café drink for every 100 points earned.

Foxtrot is also offering customers who have paid with the Foxtrot app up to June 25 the points they have already earned.

The urban convenience-store chain closed all of its stores in April 2024, and parent company Outfox Hospitality later declared bankruptcy. But Foxtrot's original owners revived the concept in September, and have since reopened Chicago stores in Gold CoastOld TownWicker ParkFulton Market and River North. In Dallas, Foxtrot has reopened two locations.

“This is more than a fresh cup; it’s a fresh start, it’s all part of a bigger shift—from the ground up,” Foxtrot said in an email to subscribers introducing the program.

Before its closure in April 2024, Foxtrot offered a loyalty program that was not revived when stores started reopening.

The original program was membership-based, and the basic membership tier offered perks like a free drink every month, free popcorn, happy hour pricing at in-store bars, exclusive merchandise, early access to products and free delivery.

Customers could reach the next tier, Member+, by regularly spending $100 per month and would remain Member+ status forever. They received $1 coffee and tea, $3 café drinks, $10 house wines, free delivery, free gift wrap and access to exclusive products.

Chicago-based Foxtrot Café & Market is a modern coffee shop and upscale market offering a curated selection of coffee, groceries and café products from local makers and others.
