Global Partners Automates Workforce Management

Retailer aims to optimize scheduling and increase employee engagement

WALTHAM, Mass. Global Partners LP, an independent owner, supplier and operator of gas stations and convenience stores, has selected Reflexis Workforce Scheduler to optimize labor planning. Global Partners has also added Reflexis Time and Attendance and Employee Self-Service.

Global Partners, which operates nearly 300 convenience stores in the Northeast, including Alltown, Alltown Fresh, XtraMart, Honey Farms and Jiffy Mart, sought a solution to increase scheduling accuracy and improve engagement for store associates and managers. With Workforce Scheduler, Global can forecast workload demand, generate schedules and create labor budgets.

“Reflexis Workforce Scheduler will help us increase our labor productivity along with associate engagement and retention and, most importantly, enhance the guest experience at our stores,” said Mark Cosenza, senior vice president of Global Partners.
