Koupon and Punchh Join Forces

Partnership aims to combine loyalty capabilities

DALLAS — Through an integration with marketing technology from Punchh, c-stores will be able to enhance loyalty programs by leveraging Koupon’s database of CPG-funded campaigns and its consumer analytics platform, according to the companies.

Punchh has traditionally provided loyalty services for brick-and-mortar restaurants and is working to optimize its solutions for other verticals, including c-stores. Through this technical integration, Punchh will help c-store brands reach and acquire customers, while Koupon will facilitate CPG collaboration and provide shopper insights to launch campaigns.
