Majors Management launched a subscription-based car wash app for its MAPCO locations.

The MAPCO Express car wash subscription program provides customers with unlimited car wash access through a monthly subscription. Customers can enroll, manage their membership and wash their vehicles at participating MAPCO locations. The app also features games and a c-store locator.

  • MAPCO owner Majors Management is No. 32 on CSP’s 2025 Top 202 ranking of U.S. c-store chains by store count.

“We are excited to bring this new digital capability to MAPCO customers,” said John Gynnip, director of corporate programs with Majors Management, Lawrenceville, Georgia. “The MAPCO Express Car Wash App reflects our commitment to delivering an easy, modern experience. As we grow the MAPCO car wash brand across new regions, we want to ensure our customers receive simple, convenient tools that make everyday life easier. Liquid Barcodes worked extremely quickly with us to deliver a beautiful, customized app that our customers will appreciate.”

The app is developed in partnership with Convenience & Energy Advisors, St. Petersburg, Florida, and powered by Liquid Barcodes, Fairfax, Virginia.

“We are proud to support Majors Management in delivering this purpose-built car wash subscription platform,” said Peter Rasmussen, founder and CEO of Convenience and Energy Advisors. “By keeping the experience focused on the customer and removing unnecessary complexity, MAPCO is offering an incredibly intuitive and highly valuable service.”

Liquid Barcodes General Manager of North America Saurabh Swarup added, “Subscription car wash programs continue to grow rapidly, and MAPCO’s new app is a great example of how operators can deliver a frictionless, scalable, and customer-friendly solution.”

MAPCO has more than 200 stores throughout the southeastern United States. Majors Management LLC, Lawrenceville, Georgia, in 2023 acquired 192 MAPCO-branded convenience stores in Tennessee, Alabama, Georgia, Mississippi, Arkansas and Kentucky, along with MAPCO's wholesale fuel division, loyalty program, brand and other intellectual property, from Santiago, Chile-based Compania de Petroleos de Chile (COPEC).

Majors Management recently acquired 35 retail fuel and convenience locations from Circle K across Ohio, Indiana and Pennsylvania.
