Nisqually Markets launched its new loyalty mobile application that features customer rewards, subscriptions and more, Liquid Barcodes, the loyalty platform that developed the app, said on Wednesday.

The new Go! Nisqually Markets app is now available at all eight Nisqually Markets locations. Olympia, Washington-based Nisqually Markets operates convenience stores rooted in the tradition of the Nisqually Tribe.

“At Nisqually Markets, we are committed to creating meaningful customer experiences,” said Sam Roark, Nisqually Markets director of retail operations. “The Go! Nisqually Markets app delivers an array of benefits, including the ability to earn and redeem rewards, access drink subscription plans and participate in fun features like Spin-to-Win games.”

Key features of the Nisqually Markets loyalty program include:

  • Personalized marketing campaigns: Using customer data, Nisqually Markets offer tailored marketing campaigns that resonate with individual shoppers.
  • Enhanced loyalty offers: Customers benefit from a loyalty program that offers more meaningful rewards and incentives, encouraging repeat visits and fostering brand loyalty.
  • Innovative subscription programs: Beverage subscription programs for coffee and fountain drinks that generate repeat customer visits and recurring revenue.
  • Real-time analytics: Liquid Barcodes offers Nisqually Markets insight into customer preferences and behaviors to optimize marketing strategies and store operations.
  • Seamless User Experience: The Nisqually Markets mobile app guarantees a user-friendly experience, making it easy for customers to track rewards, receive personalized offers and engage with Nisqually Markets.

“This new program ensures that every visit to Nisqually Markets is not only convenient but also a rewarding and engaging experience for every customer,” Roark said.

Nisqually Markets relies on Gilbarco Veeder-Root’s point-of-sale (POS) technology. Integration into existing POS solutions for Gilbarco Veeder-Root customers is made possible by a loyalty certification. Retailers can activate this functionality by collaborating with Liquid Barcodes to develop personalized mobile apps and integrate loyalty or subscription programs into existing apps through a plug-and-play application programming interface (API).
