Eugene, Oregon-based buy two, a convenience-store chain with more than 30 locations in the state, has launched a rewards app.
The buy two rewards app, powered by Fairfax, Virginia-based Liquid Barcodes, is now available on iOS and Android and gives customers a faster, more rewarding experience in-store and beyond, Liquid Barcodes said.
Liquid Barcodes, which made the announcement Tuesday, allows retailers to create digital loyalty programs to manage their customer relationships.
The app gives customers access to the full Liquid Barcodes platform, including:
- Points and rewards: Customers earn 20 coins for every $1 spent on eligible purchases and can redeem them directly in the app for coffees, drinks, snacks and more.
- Digital stamp cards: Customers collect stamps on coffees and fountain drinks, earning their seventh cup free after purchasing six.
- Games: Interactive games give customers fun reasons to engage with the app regularly and earn bonus rewards.
- Order ahead and delivery: Customers can place orders for quick pickup or delivery through an integrated partnership with Miami-based Vroom Delivery, available at participating locations.
- Customer Success: Buy two works directly with the Liquid Barcodes Customer Success team on program launch, campaign planning and ongoing development to keep the loyalty program active and relevant as customer engagement grows.
“Buy two was built on the idea that shopping should be fast, easy and a good value, and our new rewards app brings that same philosophy to our loyalty program,” said Lutfi Thabet, owner of buy two. “The Liquid Barcodes platform gave us the tools to reward our customers in a way that feels natural to how they already shop with us. Whether they are grabbing a coffee on the way to work or fueling up for the day, we want every visit to mean something more.”
Mats Danielsen, CEO of Liquid Barcodes, added, “Buy two has built its reputation around value and convenience, and that is exactly what a loyalty program should reinforce. With more than 30 locations and 15,000 customers walking through their doors every day, buy two has a real opportunity to deepen those relationships through the app. We are proud to be part of how they bring everyday rewards to their customers across Oregon.”
