RaceTrac Taps ZipLine for Private-Label Debit

ATLANTA RaceTrac is rolling out RaceTrac debit cards with assistance from loyalty and payments provider ZipLine in 140 convenience stores in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

“At RaceTrac, we believe that guests should have the freedom of choice,” said Melanie Isbill, chief marketing officer for RaceTrac. “We’re excited to provide our guests with another great payment choice to make shopping with us simpler and more enjoyable through RaceTrac debit.”

  • Atlanta-based RaceTrac is No. 15 on the Top 40 update update to CSP's2019 Top 202 ranking of U.S. c-store chains by number of retail outlets.The chain’s sister brand RaceWay is No. 31.

Portland, Maine-based ZipLine helps merchants build consumer loyalty and market share with private-label debit, rewards and gift card programs. With a single platform for personalized rewards and branded debit payment, ZipLine’s clients gain access to loyalty tools while saving on interchange fees. ZipLine’s c-store clients include Circle K, Speedway and more.

With headquarters in Atlanta, family-owned RaceTrac has been serving guests since 1934 and owns more than 800 c-store locations in the South under the RaceTrac and RaceWay brands. RaceTrac stores offer a wide selection of food and beverage favorites, as well as Swirl World frozen desserts, coffee and fuel.
