CHICAGO — The coronavirus pandemic shook the retail world in 2020—but so far, convenience-store retailers have shown their resilience.

Now CSP needs retailers' help to better understand how they feel about the future of the c-store industry. Click here to share your opinion via CSP's 2021 Outlook Survey. Responses will remain confidential and be combined with other responses to report industry averages.

Questions include anything from asking retailers to describe current business conditions to asking how retailers expect their labor pools and hiring challenges to unfold in 2021.

Results will be published in the November issue of CSP magazine.

Took the survey and want to talk further? Please contact reporters Brett Dworski at bdworski@winsightmedia.com and Hannah Prokop at hprokop@winsightmedia.com to share your thoughts on the industry.
