BALTIMORE — Royal Farms has launched an updated mobile app with a point system and other new capabilities.

The updated app includes mobile ordering that will allow customers to order ahead for delivery or pickup. Customers with the app will also be able to earn “Royalty Points” on all purchases--two Royalty Points with every dollar they spent on food and groceries, and one Royal Point with every gallon of fuel they purchase at the pump.

With Royalty Points, customers will be able to get free products based on the number of points they save. There are four tiers ranging from 50 points to 400 points, with each tier providing a different choice of free items including coffee and fountain drinks to breakfast sandwiches, chicken salad and chicken.

  • Royal Farms is No. 30 on CSP’s2022 Top 40 update to the 2021 Top 202 ranking of U.S. c-store chains by store count. Watch for the full 2022 Top 202 ranking in the June issue of CSP magazine and in CSP Daily News.

“We’re excited about our updated easy-to-use mobile app and the new features that have been designed into it including the ability to provide lots of special surprise offers to our customers,” said Shelby Kemp, marketing project manager for Royal Farms.

Current RoFo Rewards members who verify their account will receive a free small order of Western Fries. New customers who download the app will receive a free any-size cup of Royal Farms coffee for signing up.

Customers who upgrade their new app to RoFo Pay will save 25 cents per gallon on fuel purchases now through June 30 and then up to 10 cents per gallon thereafter.

Royal Farms, based in Baltimore, operates more than 250 locations throughout the Mid-Atlantic including Maryland, Delaware, Virginia, West Virginia and Pennsylvania.
