Shell Honors Top Performers

Go Further Grand Awards recognize exceptional service

HOUSTON -- Shell Oil Products US (SOPUS) and Motiva Enterprises LLC recently recognized their highest-performing wholesalers in the United States for consistently providing exceptional experiences at their Shell-branded stations. The Go Further Grand Awards were presented in June in acknowledgment of efforts to deliver the Shell brand promise, helping drivers make the most of their time and money.

Shell-branded fuels are sold through more than 13,000 U.S. stations, which are evaluated on the ability to meet operational standards outlined in the Shell [image-nocss] Customer Value Proposition (CVP). The CVP guidelines are designed to make the refueling experience more enjoyable for customers. Every site is evaluated on interior and exterior station cleanliness, the fueling experience and the quality of customer service displayed by station employees. Shell wholesalers who consistently adhere to brand standards and exceed the CVP guidelines are recognized each year through this program.
