Shell Introduces Drive for Five Card

Motorists can save five cents per gallon on all three grades of gasolines

HOUSTON -- Shell Oil Products US has introduced the Shell Drive for Five Card that helps consumers save on fuel purchases. According to a recent travel survey conducted by the Bureau of Transportation Statistics (BTS), travel patterns indicate Thanksgiving through New Year's is among the busiest long-distance travel periods of the year. To assist motorists with holiday or daily travel expenses, Shell offers a variety of payment options, including the Shell Drive for Five Card.

The card provides new and existing cardholders with the opportunity to save five cents per gallon [image-nocss] on all three grades of Shell Nitrogen Enriched Gasolines as well as Shell diesel. Savings apply to the first gallon, when consumers purchase at least 45 gallons each month up to 100 gallons.

It offers additional benefits, including pay-at-the-pump convenience, separate tracking of gasoline purchases, online account management and payment features, ATM cash access and Citi Identity Theft Solutions protection feature. Further, the Shell Drive for Five Card can be used to pay for items including fuel, car washes, repair service or food and drinks.
