TAMARAC, Fla. – Sonny's Enterprises LLC, a manufacturer of conveyorized car-washing equipment, has acquired Diamond Shine, Wickliffe, Ohio, a supplier of car-wash chemicals.

With many overlapping clients, the acquisition gives both brands a competitive edge, the companies said. Diamond Shine will continue to be led by the same management team with no change in day-to-day operations.
