NASHVILLE — On this episode of the “At Your Convenience” podcast, Jackson Lewis, CSP’s tech editor, is joined by Ray Huff, founder and CEO of HJB Convenience, and Chase Thomason, founder and CEO of Skip Checkout, at the Conexxus Annual Conference in Nashville. HJB Convenience, based in Lakewood, Colo., owns and manages Russell’s and Russell’s Express stores, primarily located in office buildings. Salt Lake City-based Skip Checkout brings scan-and-pay mobile checkout to c-stores, and aims to beat Amazon Go to 3,000 locations.
