Speedway to Add More ATMs in Wisconsin Stores

Move part of Cardtronics and BMO Harris Bank agreement

ENON, Ohio -- Speedway is adding more than 60 new BMO Harris Bank-branded ATMs in its Wisconsin convenience stores, including locations in the Milwaukee metro area.

The additional ATMs are a part of BMO Harris Bank’s extended agreement with Cardtronics, an ATM owner and operator which covers an existing 320 ATMs in most Walgreens outposts in Wisconsin and Speedway c-stores in and around Chicago, Northwest Indiana and Naples, Fla. Each new ATM will offer BMO Harris Bank customers access to their bank accounts without a surcharge.

“Adding Speedway and Walgreens stores in our network will grow our ATM footprint giving our customers greater access and options,” said Kyle Barnett, head of North American Physical and U.S. Channels for BMO Harris Bank.

Enon, Ohio-based Speedway operates about 2,730 stores in 21 states and is a subsidiary of Marathon Petroleum Corp., Findaly, Ohio. BMO Harris Bank operates nearly 600 branches and about 1,300 ATMs in eight states. The bank’s partnership with Cardtronics, which services about 225,000 ATMs in four continents, has continued for 15 years.
